Freda’s Easy Peanut Butter Fudge

(Gluten and Dairy Free)

Ingredients

225g dairy free spread
250g Freda’s Peanut Butter (we used Winter Fruit & Spice flavour)
480g icing sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract

Process

  1. Line a 8 x 8 inch tin with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the spread and the peanut butter in a large bowl in the microwave for 1.5 mins. Stir well and repeat.
  3. Add the vanilla extract and sieved icing sugar and mix thoroughly.
  4. Transfer mixture into the baking tin and smooth over with the back of a spoon.
  5. When cool place the tray into the fridge to set, then remove the whole block from the tray and cut into squares. Enjoy!
