Freda’s Easy Peanut Butter Fudge
(Gluten and Dairy Free)
225g dairy free spread
250g Freda’s Peanut Butter (we used Fruit & Spice flavour)
480g icing sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
- Line a 8 x 8 inch tin with parchment paper.
- Melt the spread and the peanut butter in a large bowl in the microwave for 1.5 mins. Stir well and repeat.
- Add the vanilla extract and sieved icing sugar and mix thoroughly.
- Transfer mixture into the baking tin and smooth over with the back of a spoon.
- When cool place the tray into the fridge to set, then remove the whole block from the tray and cut into squares. Enjoy!
