Seasalt & Peanut Butter Brownies
(Gluten and Dairy Free)
200g good quality plain cooking chocolate
250g vegan spread
300g golden caster sugar
125g gluten free plain flour
100g chopped toasted peanuts
2 tbls Freda’s Cornish Sea Salt Peanut Butter
Preheat oven to 190C (170C fan)
Line a 10 x 7 inch (25 x 17cm) tray with parchment.
- Melt the chocolate and the spread in a medium sized bowl in the microwave.
- Beat in the eggs.
- Add sugar, flour and peanuts and stir until just combined.
- Pour into the prepared tin.
- Add peanut butter on top in small blobs and swirl into the mixture.
- Bake 25 minutes until just set to touch.
- Allow to cool in the tin before cutting into squares.
